Nathalie Brevet was born in 1976, Hughes Rochette in 1972. They live and work in Paris and Lot.

Together, Nathalie Brevet_Hughes Rochette have developed projects of different kinds. They collect signs found in the urban and natural environment and preserve or transform them. Used and abandoned objects, taken as forms, become the point of departure for the artists’ formal explorations. Their artistic project also takes the form of in situ installations, which adopt a minimal language and ‘deframe’ the way we usually look at a site.

These often ‘monumental’ installations are paradoxically precarious.
