Born in 1974, he lives and works in Paris.

For several years, Dominique Blais has been devoted to creating connections between the visual and sound elements of our environment. Working at the limit of what is perceptible, he explores the tenuous link between the visible and the invisible in installations which examine the connection with a place and with memory. Through subtle transpositions, Blais upsets our expectations and baffles our senses, opening them up to new perceptive possibilities.
