B5 / George Dupin

For his project at Colombelles, Dupin is transforming the container into a kind of camera obscura on a human scale. The container, placed in an industrial landscape usually associated with production, becomes an instrument of both agricultural and photographic production. Through the phenomenon of the persistence of vision, flashes of light intermittently reveal a strange garden, a reference to both the grottos of the Romantic era and to a matrix. The viewer is invited to experience this landscape alone.
